An Agent budget belongs to the Agent, not to a person. budget and budget_currency are null when the Agent has no budget of its own. Results are ordered by Agent name.
spaces in the path and space_id / space_name in JSON refer to the Agent.
This endpoint requires an enterprise admin token. See Enterprise Admin API for authentication and User budget model for budget precedence.
